Ambalika Devi

Ambalika Devi Upadhyaya,, affectionately known as Putali (Butterfly), was a Nepalese novelist, poet, and writer. She is regarded as the first female novelist of Nepal and is considered one of the pioneering figures of women's literature in Nepal.
