Alina Stremous is a Russian-born Moldovan biathlete who competed at the 2022 Winter Olympics. She won the 10 km pursuit event at the 2022 IBU Open European Championships, and finished second in the 15 km individual events at the 2022 and 2024 IBU Open European Championships.
