Alexander Viktorovich Blokhin is a Russian diplomat. He served as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Australia between 2005 and 2010. He served as Ambassador of Russia to Turkmenistan from 5 May 2011 to 6 April 2023.
