Abner W. Sibal

Abner Woodruff Sibal was a liberal member of the United States House of Representatives from Connecticut's 4th congressional district. He served from 1961 to 1965. He was defeated in 1964. He also served as a member of the Connecticut Senate from 1956 to 1960, and a delegate to the Republican National Convention from Connecticut in 1964.
