Muqawqis
Egyptian politician, ruler of Egypt during the time of Muhammad · Egypt · Politicians · Died 642
Muqawqis is read about 126 times a day, in 13 languages.
A typical day, 30 days to 20 September 2026
The middle day of the days counted, so one week of news cannot move it. The line under it is the last 60 days, one point a day.
Something wrong?Al-Muqawqis is mentioned in Muslim history as a ruler of Egypt who corresponded with Muhammad. He is widely identified with the last prefect of Egypt, Cyrus of Alexandria, who was the Greek Orthodox Patriarch of Alexandria of the second era of Byzantine Egypt (628-642).
