Małgorzata Hołub-Kowalik is a retired Polish sprinter who specialised in the 400 metres. She won two medals at the 2020 Summer Olympics, gold with Polish mixed 4 × 400 metres relay team and silver as a member of women's 4 × 400 metres relay team.
