Dorothy Quincy Hancock Scott was an American hostess, daughter of Justice Edmund Quincy of Braintree and Boston, and the wife of Founding Father John Hancock. Her aunt, also Dorothy Quincy, was the subject of Oliver Wendell Holmes' poem Dorothy Q.
