Major General Oleg Alexeyevich Belokonev is a Belarusian general who was the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Belarus from 2014 to 2019. He notably oversaw the Zapad 2017 exercise with Russia during his tenure as Chief of the General Staff.
