# Taeyang

> Taeyang turned R&B into a solo weapon inside the K-pop machinery. "Eyes, Nose, Lips" swept every major Korean award in 2014, and his albums kept cracking the US charts higher than any Korean soloist had before - proof that a voice could travel without the safety of the group.
