## Bio

Born in Moscow on November 27, 1997, Aleksandra Aleksandrovna Balkovskaya adopted the screen name Sasha Spilberg and began uploading videos that caught the wave of Russia's early YouTube generation. By the 2010s she'd become a teen idol in tandem with creators like EeOneGuy and Katya Clap, the trio forming a loose constellation of voices that defined a moment for young Russian-speaking audiences. She stretched past vlogging into singing, composing, acting, and modeling - treating the internet as a launchpad rather than a destination. By November 2023 her main YouTube channel held over 6.3 million subscribers, a number that measures attention more than it explains the pull. What started as a girl with a camera became a name people typed in on reflex.
