# Robin Greenfield

> Robin Greenfield stages elaborate public experiments in waste and consumption - wearing a month's trash, foraging urban food, living off-grid in a tiny house - to make environmental problems visible. The stunts land because they're literal: he actually does it.

## Bio

Born August 28, 1986, Greenfield (formerly Rob) turned activism into performance art, choosing tactics that force passersby to confront what sustainability talk abstracts. He's camped in cities eating only what he could forage, built tiny homes on borrowed land, and strapped garbage to his body until the pile became a walking sculpture of American excess. The approach is part street theater, part endurance test. It gets attention because it's hard to look away from someone living out the math of waste in real time, and harder still to dismiss when he's the one wearing it.
