## Bio

Nika Wodwood was born October 20, 1993, in Protvino, a small science town in Moscow Oblast. She started a video blog under the name nixelpixel and built it into a platform for intersectional feminism and cyber activism - not the safest beat in a country where the word "feminist" can be a slur. Meduza, one of Russia's leading independent outlets, eventually named her the most famous feminist in the country. The work continues on YouTube, where every upload is both argument and act of resistance.
