## Bio

Clara Sorrenti was born March 25, 1994, and came to streaming as a left-wing political commentator with roots in organized socialism - she ran twice for the Communist Party of Canada and organized for its youth wing before cutting ties with both. She began pushing hard on trans rights after Texas Governor Greg Abbott ordered state agencies to treat gender-affirming care for minors as child abuse, and built her channel around commentary on trans experience, hosting guests like Chelsea Manning. In 2022 a harassment campaign she traced to Kiwi Farms sent trolls filing false reports under her deadname, flooding her door with pizzas, and calling in swattings that forced her to move. The coordinated siege made her the center of a bitter argument about what counts as speech and what counts as a weapon.
