## Bio

Fabrizio Maria Corona was born 29 March 1974 and became a partner and director of Corona's, a photographic agency in Milan. The business model twisted: his operation began capturing public figures in potentially embarrassing situations, often sexual, then extorting funds to suppress publication. The scheme unraveled into the Vallettopoli scandal, dragging politicians, celebrities, and socialites into the glare. In 2015 the Italian Supreme Court sentenced him to 13 years and 2 months' imprisonment. The man who traded in leverage and exposure became defined by both.
