> Daud Shah Bahmani, also spelled as Dawud, was the fourth ruler of the Bahmani Kingdom. He succeeded his nephew Mujahid Shah after assassinating him. After ascending the throne, Daud Shah's brief reign was marked with turbulence and instability over his regicide of his nephew, which culminated in the creation of court factions.
